I do not see the interest about creating 3 Mining Laser instead of one, the only thing I dislike with Mining Laser is the OverPowered mode, scatter (it's too easy to mine with I think).
What you suggest COULD be interesting, but useless thinking it would add 2 new items ...

As for Nuke, I agree with you, it's too easy to get, I think nuke should be crafted with enriched Ura, for example like that:
Uranium Ingot --> Compressor: Produce 1 Enriched Uranium Ingot.
Put it in a cells, and fuel it as for depleted isotope cells, and you'll get Enriched Uranium Cells/Plutonium cells (I KNOW plutonium has already been denied, this is just a name and it would just be used to create nuke)
After that, use the current craft, or maybe with one more to make it more expensive, as using 4 "Plutonium Cells" to craft something like a "Plutonium Ingot", that you would instead of the Uranium Ingot to craft Nuke.
Maybe be it should be a part of Industrium Conflict, thinking it's useful for PvP, not for RP. -
+1. I always had wanted more efficient WM as infinite source of energy (without using RP2, and the method with retriever is OP) and I would like if it make us build in new ways just for getting efficient WM.

Some parts of the Fuel-System are being rewroked. Al already says he would maybe add a new gen for "Gas" he would add and BC-Oil with 30 EU/t output. But I threat the actual Fuel system won't be changed
(Yes, I think it should produce more energy, use less tins, but we won't speak AGAIN about that, it comes every months on the forum ...)Edit: I start writing it before Greg post it. And the problems of the tin-usage isn't just the tin losses, but it concern too the additional time you need for all these craft.

Lol why checking 511 recipes?, with Craftguide or NEI you can search for UUM, then press U (NEI) over it and it will show all recipes containing UUM.
I think it's less funny, because having some recipes the others haven't give you some power, it's as getting some secrets technologies ...

As for Nano-Drill, do you know Mining Laser ? It's super efficient! juste use Fortune 2-3 Pickaxe when you find Diamond, but for the rest, you can use your Mining Laser as the amount of ores you'll lose will be very little compared to the HUGE amount you'll get by using Scatter/Horizontal+Diamond Drill/Horizontal + Short Range.

New members are impressed by Postcount. That's all. In fact, Greg and some others get a huge postcount because they replies a lot, sometimes when unuseful, thinking the forum is their private area for discussion (but I do the same thing sometime ^^)
But they are "Powerfull" as you said because of Tutorial/Interesting and very long post/Constructive criticism (not always ...). The Postcount do not count (what a funny joke! ...)Do not Criticize them or they'll try to make you banned!

Sticky resin (when on ground) should be able to burn as Netherrack. Then you could shot it with a gun and you would just have to put it on fire (of course, it would be done by your gun ^^).
So just adding this function to the Mining laser (It would become a multi-function-weapon-tool) would work, because of course ML can fir something no, isn't it ?
