Besides stating the obvious (since I wouldn't get the above measured current if I did it incorrectly), care to look at the design again?
Switch cables output down by default and up if redstone current is applied to it.
MFSU/MFE's output up OR down. There are cables attached to the top of the first level storage, and then below the second level storage.

I know Darenton forgot, but I would love to be unbanned. All is forgiven, but I just want to be able to play on his awesome server now! It's been over 5 hours! I've been watching South Park this whole time (Though I have to admit it was quite awesome)!

imo you should really think about changing the color theme.
White text on a grey background is hard to read, dark-grey text on a very dark grey background is even worse. Get rid of the ugly alternating background colors (odd rows light grey, even rows dark grey), replace it with a continuous light background and black text. The quote-box is too bright to fit in. Just look a little closer at the minecraft forums theme, it's a good example for sophisticated user interface design.
The font size in the message editing box needs to be larger.
Actually i think it looks nice how it is and easy to read for me...

notch is adding holdable lamps granted will take up your hand and no use for mining pick or drill but with t being placeable and picked back up i think ti would suffice
Spider web when placed on to of a solar panel will crash the server
i could be mistaken but isnt it everything that is affected by redstone on server?
Let me start... Hey im Shadow (darenton2k7) im 18 years old. I live in Scotland, i play on an industrial craft server and I am one of the main admins that run it. played minecraft since indev and gota say that Industrial craft has to be the greatest mod ever made.
