That's related to a file/mod directly in minecraft.jar, you'll have to recreate it from scratch.

Mojang doesn't support outdated versions at all, they don't even provide legacy downloads. No reason for us to support those then.
You don't have Minecraft Forge 1.1.1 installed. An older version will not work.
It looks like you don't even have ModLoader MP installed. The fix only contains a single file of it, you need to install the normal MLMP package before.
I'm attempting to make use of the ISpecialInventory class, but I can't seem to figure out how to set it up. If anyone has any ideas or information on the coding setup, I'd really appreciate it.
Look at it in the source code version, it's well documented. The Induction Furnace from IC2 1.15 also uses it, if you just want to copy it, make sure the slots match (0,1: input, 2: fuel, 3,4: output)

Is there a ModLoader.class in minecraft.jar? If not your zip utility is broken (like Ubuntu's archive manager for example)
According to the error message your ModLoader install is broken. Try starting with a fresh 1.8.1 jar.
