Yea, making giant pipes of small electric buffers not only would take up a ton of EU, but it would look ugly and take up 2 blocks because you need to power it.

You dont need an EU Line next to it. The Buffers can power a relatively long distance and work almost INSTANT (something between 0 and 1 Ticks, as they now look if their Inventory has been changed).

I don't actually know of any way to do that, I'm pretty certain Greg doesn't even know of a way for IC2 to work through eclipse.

I know a way, but it is so painful, that I decided to no longer do it. That way is fixing every single Error-Message the decompiler throws at you. I needed a Day and a half for doing that.

Its much easier to just unzip the jar and put it into your lib-Folder to read the Bytecode in eclipse, and when you then need to access a Class, just make a Dummy of it.

Alblaka said once, that he gave permission to Tekkit afterwards.

Also its directly blacklisted (hence the Name directly mentioned), so its not just because it has Tekkit in the Name.

I don't know why RichardG added it to the Blacklist, but he is not good at gathering Informations, so I think someone told him about "certain" Packs not inluding Permissions and he then went straight ahead, without checking anything to his Blacklist. Right Richard?

And maybe you fail to realize that to make the ultimate panel to do that it requires 450/545 UUM(normal/hard) so 450/545 Million EU. Even if you were running 64 geothermals at 24/7 full up time with 20tps it would take 12.2/15 real life days to produce the first one. Oh and this is all to increase your EU production by about 1/5th or a little lower. Oh and to pay it back multiply that 12.2/15 by 5.

Oh but if you had my mod installed you could just mine the iridium! Yes go mine 64 iridium but don't forget on hardmode it would take total 9.1 BILLION EU to make something that produces 256(less because of rain) EU/t. So for every iridium you mine you can take of 100 Million EU. So much "better" right? Oh let's not forget how long it would take to pay that back. Something like 1.5 real life years of 24/7 running?

So if thats too expensive for you, then why dont you just make a Solar Plant with regular Panels? The point of compact Solar Panels is only that you can carry them around everywhere, to set up a mobile Energy Source anywhere (even underground if done right), or just to save space.

Costs multiple stacks of emeralds! Or heck, stacks of emerald blocks!

Lol, its more like a Super Villain, ten thousand years ago in the ancient City of Atlantis (Stargate). The only more powerful Enemies are the Replicators and the Borg (both nonplayable), and the Replicators are always crashing the Game, due to being "too much" of them on a Map.

Just how long ago was this? Or were you never told of decent text editors?

That was before I started playing Minecraft. The Game "Clonk" is basically 2D-Minecraft in a limited World, and I modified it just for myself (and a Friend). I basically took a bunch of Mods, fixed tons of Bugs and made a compeltely new System and a bunch of rather well textured Items, Vehicles and Buildings. Heck, even I am a playable Character in that construction!

That Game was basically how I learned Coding in the first place, so its no wonder that I used regular Notepad.

There are some devs that go what I call "hardcore" and use a text editor like Notepad++ that has syntax highlighting, Unfortunately, from what I've seen, the 'middle ground' concept doesn't really apply here.

Thats what I did long time ago, but without Syntax Highlighting, just regular Notepad, while modding another Game. It was terribly hard to code an acceptable and intelligent AI into these 2D-Creatures, but in the End I just had to push one Button in their Menu to let them do ALL the Economy for me.

Lol, "Rafiniertes Uran". It's "Angereichertes Uran", and not *let google translate all the meanings of that wrong Word into english*:

    sophisticated
    clever
    smart
    ingenious
    subtle
    cunning
crafty (yeah, you can craft with it)
    wily
sneaky (when someone makes a Nuke, does it sneak up on your Enemy by itself?)
    shrewd
    scheming

If that Page is about all, then this Wiki is really crappy. It's just like:
"Hey I play IC2 the first time and have no Idea what I'm doing, I don't understand anything because of lacking the English skills. Lets create a german Wiki to share all my knowledge, about things I have seen so far in my SSP World".

Even though thats really a bad Wiki, you know, that Wikis are not always that relyable, and If you find a bad one, then you are going to lookfor a better one. Also Wikia isn't that bad, I have seen worse Wikis.

The best Idea (if you start a new World) is to just remove the whole Config Folder and start a new Game. That will Automatically fix it for you. If you dont wanna lose your Progress then just switch the ID's inside the IC²-Config to something what Redpower doesnt occupy.

The Cover-Thing is something I have planned in a diffrent Way. Basically I will make my own Metal-Covers, which can be attached to my Machines to make them blend in nicer with Walls (and to block their Inventory/Tank Sides)
