Yes, you can autocraft scrap into scrapboxes, and then use them by Deployer. It can be not very efficient by itself, because it is random, but if you convert all that golden helmets and carts into metal (by alloy furnace) or into EMC, it can be quite a good deal.
Deployer? Why not use Dispenser? That works too.
No everything on that server has everything burn for half of its EMC value, meaning an item = 200EMC, when its burned up you get 100EMC, but you need 200EMC to get it back. This in turn means no loop holes using EMC. Tekkit servers are weird why not just disable EE2 all together.
I know about this from the post on the forums.
He was talking about Scrapboxes, which can be made out of 9 pieces of Scrap and give you very valuable things out of nowhere, which you then can burn for EMC.

You could add an plugin for your addon that allows advanced usage of the Liquids from Forestry, Buildcraft and Plugins for Forestry (p.e Liquid Peat, Sugary Peat, Radioactive Waste, Oil, Fuel, Biomass, Honey, Seed Oil)
Liquid? Try Buckets. Buckets are Items, Items can be transported. On my (Buildcraftfree) Testworld i'm currently refilling a Steamboiler with advanced Translocators and advanced Buffers.
Why do you have so many Massfabricators?!? One is completly enough, even for 10000EU/t.
Thank you for reminding me on the basic Macerator. It should be possible to get Bronze, before going to the Nether to get Glowstone. (when my Addon is installed)
Currently, my Capes are the only ones, which are invisible with that Potioneffect. Its impossible to do so, when using the "proper" way.
Btw. Theres an option to disable the Capes in 1.4.2.
it's not meant to be impenetrible because then what would be the point of having a pvp server
it's just meant to keep out people who don't happen to be carrying around any wirecutters (which is most people)
Are you sure? If i see that your Addon is installed, then i would carry such thing permanently with me.

Just really started with this mod, still exploring it, however very impressed so far.
I was just messing around with the translocator, working out how it works and such and found a few issues(limitations?). It seems that placing items using a translocator into machines is side dependant making even just a recycling to mass fab (original or yours) cumbersome. I found that I needed to add another section (another translocator and chest) so that I could turn the corner to place scrap in the mass fab. see below.
Simply put, translocators can only transfer in straight lines, and don't place items in the obvious slots. (eg tried putting items into a recycler from the side, and it went in the output slot, ditto with the mass fab)
Is this intentional based on your ideas on Balance? I can respect that if they are. No problem, I can work with it. Or is it possible to get a few adjustments to make them slightly more user friendly?

Try the advanced Translocator. It works like sneaky Pipes (the way you probably want it).

1.38c doesnt even exist. There is a 1.38b, but its not released, and probably wont be released.
BC for 1.4.2 you ask? Compile it yourself if you really need it, Sengir (or whoever is now responsible for that old Stuff) wasnt motivated enough to release it.

i don't have NEI installed and despite id conflicts shouldn't forge mods play nice with each other? Well that and without you're mod everything works perfectly fine i dunno what causes it :\ Is there any way i can find out?

The proper way doesnt work with any URL. I tried it but it didnt download the File (yes i'm sure its just the Dropbox, which does that).
Dont worry. My hack is only affecting people, who do the EXACT same hack.
About capes : they make players not invisible to others, if cloak suit comes it have to make renderengine stop rendering it.

I think i have to make my Capes Invisible when Invisibility is enabled.
So i have updated forge from version minecraftforge-universal-6.0.1.341 witch is listed as the newest stable and recommended build (but crashed with you're mod) , to minecraftforge-universal-6.0.1.354 witch is the latest off the press. Now i can go into my world but as soon as i try to open my inventory it crashes again. And the error log has to many characters so i cut out how many entities where loaded
Are you sure that its not NEI or another Mod, what is causing it? My Addon is not even mentioned in the Error.
Uh oh. How do you render the Capes? Do you just change the Cape-URL? If yes, then good. if no, then lets hope you dont use the same Hack as me.

P.S. Seems getSettingsList and getCardType require an ICardWrapper parameter, to be able to display different settings by the same card.
