Put an Iceblock in, and if it melts, then the heat was over 300.

In my tests there was another BIG factor to watch out for. Magmafication. My testing showed that odds are at least one or two blocks of your bunker are going to get turned into magma in the final seconds, no mater how catastrophic your cooling failure. If on the other hand you are approaching a meltdown extremely slowly, you can easily magmafy a LOT of blocks. So, to avoid this you need to build your bunker outside the magmafication range (greatly increasing the number of needed blocks). My testing was done with a bit older version tho (the one in the tekkit pack for MP) so if they have prevented this in new versions kindly ignore me.
Oh yes Magmafication, thats a large Problem.
My Reactor autoprevents it, so i didn't factor it in. The Reactorcoolant built around the hull is so large that my RF-Wall is far away enough, and if one of that Coolantcomponents vanishes, then the whole thing blows up in a nearby instant fashion.
I will add a Warning for that Case to the Tutorial.

I got that shit too and looked at the Profile of that Bot.
I saw FenixR was there (And passinglurker), even if that Bot didn't posted anything (From where did they knew that it exists, if they weren't PM-ed too), so it was obviously a Spambot.

hmm... I wonder if the laser's setting is per-laser or a global based on the player. Time to get 2 lasers and check

Since 1.2.3 per Laser

I tried to decompile IC² (Modloader, Forge and IC² into Jar before decompile) and got many Errors (Even after deleting all the Integrationfolders), does anyone know how to decompile IC² properly, so that i can make a Bugfix-Pack (to hack-fix E-net-movement with Frames, Deploying Wires and such Stuff).
The Forgesource and the downloadable IC²-API itself, are not causing any Errors, so that i can add only simple stuff to IC².
Does anyone know, how to fix that Error with the Modloader and it's Generic Variable "T"? Its the only one i got with the Forgedecompiler.
P.S. I already read https://forum.industrial-craft.net/index.php?page=Thread&postID=42012 for help, but its a bit depricated

I have 3 theories
1. he is an ambitious individual who is trying to teach himself how to assemble a mod pack worthy of public consumption
2. he's a technic user (nuff said)
3. he is a bot fishing for a response which will some how lead to the person getting spammed and or scammed1. I dont think so (why then the Copypasta?)
2. Realistic, maybe he just wants, that Alblaka allows IC² for Technic/Tekkit
3. He misspelled "Launcher" and forgot some of "," also he is registered long time Ago, AND there is no Websitelink or such stuff => Veeery intelligent Bot or Human -
I have seen this Text (copypasted) in three Threads, and this is one, that does not really make sense (leck of Information).

OK ich habs jetzt selbst rausgefunden ich.. erkläre lieber nicht was ich falsch gemacht habe sonst machen mich einige menschen wieder runter...
So es war eines davon?:
META-INF vergessen zu löschen
Forge in mods-Ordner
Server in den Clientmodsordner
ModloaderMP installiert
Falsche Minecraftversion (z.B. 1.2.3) für Industrialcraft 1.95b -
Personally I hate bein in an Diamond and Coal- missing world. So couldnt you add the possibility of turning charcoal into coaldust to the game?
Denied, therefor is the "Charcoaldust"-Addon.

Your setup has 42 uranium cells.
Nuclear reactors explode with a force of 10 + cells*3 - reactorplating*1 (found this in the source)
So yours would explode with a force of 10 + 42*3 = 136.
However this is limited by the config, the default max explosion force = 45.
Maximum distance of explosion = force/4 = 11,25 - this is with nothing in the way.
The way IC2 explosions work is that they shoot rays with a certain length in all directions.
Those rays end 1 block apart.
As our rays have a distance of 34, the angle between rays is arctan(1/distance)
So that angle = 0,0294 radians = 1,68 degrees
Meaning the number of rays in half a circle = PI / angle = PI / 0,0294 = 106,84 - this is rounded down to 106.
The way explosions shoots rays is that they increase the horizontal angle bit by bit, and for every step they shoot rays from bottom to top by increasing vertical angles.
The absorption of a block the explosions calculate with is 0,5 + (resistance*3/5 + 4) * 0,3. However i'm not sure about the *3.
So for reinforced stone that's 0,5 + (150*3/5 + 4) * 0,3 = 0,5 + 34*0,3 = 28,7.Water's resistance is nerfed, absorption of water = 0,5 + (30*3/5 + 4) * 0,3 = 7,1
Reactor chamber resistance is 10, absorption = 0,5 + (10*3/5 + 4) * 0,3 = 3,5
Nuclear reactor resistance is 15, absorption = 0,5 + (15*3/5 + 4) * 0,3 = 4,4
As long as the power is greater than the absorption, the block gets added to the list of blocks that will be removed - but it will stay as long as not all rays have been shot.
The power of each ray diminishes with the absorption of a block.
Now the problem is, the explosion starts at the exact coords of the nuclear reactor, which is a corner of the block.
Another problem is, if the absorption exceeds 10, another ray is shot in a random direction, with a force of absorption * 0,4.THIS
IS
exactly what i wanted!Thank you very much, for sharing the Explosioncode in an understandable Way. I will add this to my Tutorial (As i said in the Mainthread), because this way you can determine the exact amount of RF-Stone for your Reactor very efficient (AND NOT PARANOID AS NORMAL).

I can only find 1 mods folder, its at the .Minecraft folder. is that the client one or the server one?
Hmm i suck
Still cant find the server mods file:(The Servermodsfile is where the Server is. If you just want to join a SMP-Game, then you dont need it.
-
both of them are 1.95b, 1 is the server file and one is the client file in the mod file.
Uhhm, Server to the Servers mods-folder, Client to the Clients mods-folder, NOT BOTH in ONE mods-folder.

That would be really useful if there's a way to make yourself glow... Makes cave exploring much easier.
Sorry mobile Light is not possible with Forge, and will not be in the next time.

Also, they heal hearts. no other food in minecraft does this.
Golden Apple?

Did you somehow place IC2 2 times in the mod folder?
I guess IC²-1.95 and IC²-1.95b together.
-
I have decompiled IC² a few months ago, but i ignored all the Errors, because i just wanted to see the Code.
Now i have made everything like described in the Step-by-Step-Manual of Forge and get the following after installing Forge to MCP. Can i ignore this without Problems on recompiling?

Moment du hängst hier?:
QuoteCopy the IC² jar file (WITHOUT extracting or unpacking it) into your mods folder (Generated by Modloader)
Was ist so schwierig die eine Datei in einen Ordner, der "mods" heißt zu packen nachdem du deine modifizierte Minecraft einmal gestartet hast? -
That's too bad. Thanks for the info. I'm religious and your sig doesn't really offend me by the way.
@First line of his signature: IT'S "you're" AND NOT "your"! Even i, as german understand the diffrence [/Grammarnazi]

Bukkit (and so also Tekkit) are not supported go ask mcportcentral, because the normal IC²-Server (i have a local one) doesnt has that Problem.
ANATOMICA_3rd haha i ninja-ed you
