Nobody ever said something about VoIP but you are arguing with that, WHY?!?!
It's simply a device where you choose another Phone and send text messages with it, maybe a Mobile variant of that to rightclick it in the Hotbar and then send Text, or also a choosable Frequency for it so we can send private messages to only the group of people who are using the same Frequency for theirs (so enemys could also "hear" you, if they now your Frequency).
The only question is, if thats IC² or a new separate Mod.

You need [P1][X-ing][P2] on tilled soil as setup you may forgot to add additional Cropsticks to the [X-ing]-Part via rightclicking the already placed Cropsticks with additional Cropsticks. then you will not only get weed.

Quantum Armor its the best of the best and will NOT receive any kind of upgrade, in Al words if you want something better than quantum then go play in creative mode.
Cable rebalancing? What for? They are fine as it is, and yes we all frigging know fiberoptics are for information not energy, but heck this is minecraft so logic can be twisted to our taste (Otherwise steve could not carry 100x times his own weight on stone blocks and similar.)
He dont want something better as the QSuit, he want a restructuration of the QSuit to slowly upgrade a Lowtechsuit into a hightech (QSuit-level) Suit.

I could make a chat with Computercraft if really necessary, because Tabbing out of Minecraft is really laggy. A phone is a good Idea but it don't know if it really fits enough to IC².

You worked out your Suggestion (you are one of the rare kind of firstposters here), thats good but healing is not really needed in IC². We already have the Quantumsuithelmet, that fills the hungerbar and canned Food heals one Heart and one Hunger on usage. And if we really need regeneration then we can craft golden Apples for that, because the ingredients for that are really common (at least in my Storage).
The plant should be found VERY rarely in plains or could be make by brewing (really?!?! not breeding?) rose and another plant
