First of all, please report it in my Thread. Second, I was able to use Rolling Machine Recipes the last times I used 2.82c and 2.90h. Third, I cant fix anything for 1.4.7 anymore as I'm already on 1.5.1.

I didnt nerf it because of Steam Boilers, I nerfed it because of several Mods, which add incredibly overpowered Engines.

Do you, by any chance, know if there are any terms and conditions regarding using some IC2 stuffs in one's mod, like what Forestry does? I don't want to make any developers mad by doing anything against any conditions/terms or anything.As long as you don't break any Copyrights of other Mods you should be fine.

Painting huge CF buildings is a pain my shiny metal ass. Because you have to refill them constantly and the paint doesn't last for too long.
So I suggest the PaintPack! You load it with paint and this keeps your painter loaded with fresh paint. Maybe an additional painter which gets the paint through a tube from the PaintPack.You know the Painter has a Refill Mode with M+Rightclick since at least MC 1.1?

Why not just usethe electric Buffers for that? They can do 32, 128, 512, 2048 and 8192, when upgraded enough.

The Buffer is like a directional Hopper, which transfers Energy too.
