    i believe a denied suggestion should be resurrected if the suggester puts enough effort into making his pitch. a recipe is not required for a full 100 points on the presentation score but it shows they spent more than 5 seconds thinking about the suggestion before posting hence why they get points for it.

    presentation: 20/100, has a recipe and inspiration I may just want to build one of these
    uniqueness: 70/100, bonus points for being the most unique tech-bow I've seen yet. I like how like the modern bow these are useless outside of hunting it will also mean I won't be shooting by buddy in the back when we go spelunking :D

    all totaled you get 100points the highest score since the intro of this scoring system congratulations!

    i know this isn't very detailed but it was just an idea that just suddenly came while playing

    ok time to whip out the lurker's repeat suggestion scoring system :D this scoring system is made up of 3 categories how well the idea is thought out, how well the idea is presented, and how unique this idea is from previous rejected versions. if you score high enough you gain my support(note I do not use this scoring system on NEW and ORIGINAL ideas)

    thought out: 0/100, no details other than "its a bow"
    presentation: 0/100, didn't even post a recipe
    uniqueness: 0/100, didn't say anything that hasn't been said before and as a result doesn't overcome alblaka's ban on weapon suggestions

    it appears you scored a 0 in all 3 categories so unfortunately I'm going to have to vote no.

    A source of inspiration and a recipe is a lot more than most suggestions are posted with here, I also did ask for input at the end of my original post.

    This is a nuke battery no doubt about it, that's exactly what makes it special. I think it makes perfect sense, especially for an application like the miner. I would rather craft the RTG and use it rather than enable MFSU in miner in the config file.

    this scoring system is for repeat suggestions not brilliantly simple new ideas if you score high enough in these 3 categories then i would consider the suggestion worthy of resurrection and support it other wise its my opinion that the suggestion should be rejected for the same reason that the previous versions of the suggestion were rejected.

    also why not just craft a single chamber mk1 reactor on site?

    you would have better luck selling the idea of induction furnaces submerged in lava to maintain their heat level.

    I normally tell every one to back off on the n00b bashing when the memes start flying but we are all human and are subject to inconsistent behavior. getting the grumpy end of the stick is part of the risk a noob takes when they introduce themselves to a new community

    thought out: 0/100, compressors only have one input how am i supposed to put a uranium cell and this battery in there at the same time? no hard numbers have been worked out at all.
    presentation: 10/100, you gave us your source of inspiration(+5), and a recipe(+5) everything else is lacking i have no urge to run out and build this
    unique spin: 0/100, this is either a nuke battery or a simplified reactor both of which have been rejected already. I don't see anything special about it.

    I've seen real trolls and fenixr isn't one of them. a troll is manipulative, deceptive, and once they find a button to push they turn abusive. they will stoke the fire and keep the emotionally charged discussion running for as long as possible to feed their desire for attention. fenixr on the other hand while rude is also direct, blunt, and honest about what he thinks, and goes for the heart of the issue to end it quickly.

    1. that's why the hot air item is so crippled it would be more trouble than its worth to be used in any way other than what is intended
    2. that's a given hot air would not be able to be used to make a perpetual motion device

    1. maybe but I thought furnaces don't handle containers if you burn a bucket of lava in a furnace then you burn the bucket with it. right?

    its not a good idea and you are stooping below fenixR's level. reactors that emit enough heat to affect nearby machinery are usually the kind that should be heavily shielded I would prefer not to encourage any nuke using neighbors i may have to compromise their reactor shielding so they can have a slightly more efficient furnace.

    p.s. I've said it before(during the last "Y U NO UPDATE?" rush). FenixR is part of our self policing system if you are not mature enough or emotionally stable enough to handle what he dishes out then you should leave

    I prefer to talk some ideas to the best they can be to show that they will never work(they stay dead longer as a result). its like if outright denying a idea is leaving it on the floor to rot then finding the best way to do it and finding that it still won't work is like throwing the idea off a skyscraper, jumping off after it, and then paldrivering it in to a busy street during a cement truck parade :D
