Is there a way to fix that?
It's a block ID error, try the instructions at this post, if that doesn't work, you'll have to solve it manually.
I think he is referring to IC version 2.1.109. He counted the 2 in IC2 twice.
That's what I suspected, but I would have thought he would have said IC2 2.1.109 in that case.
Upon checking the config file further, you could try disabling "ElectricSteelTools=", and see what that does, I personally do not have the time to check it right now.

For some reason, this Mod causes Minecraft (1.4.4) to fail upon startup.
Most likely because it is meant to work best with 1.4.5

As far as I know only mod developers and a few YouTubers get early access to mods, and nobody gets access to mods a year in advance, so obviously... you must be a TIME TRAVELLER!
Seriously though, open your "industrialcraft2_2.1.1.jar" or whatever it is called, then open the file that says mcmod.info, and tell us what is next to version, personally for me it says "version": "1.109.113-lf", then we can tell you if this addon was made for that particular version.
And at no point did it occur to you to check the GregTech config file for a setting called "Matterfabricator="?

Definitely an interesting concept, although are you certain that such a thing should be available so soon and cheaply? Railcraft balances it by making the world anchor expensive.

I kind of think that this cheapens the idea of teleporters, they teleport you from point A to point B, and they cost 2 teleporters and 2 MFSUs per linked teleporter pair, with this idea you could set up one way teleport systems between one central teleporter with one MFSU and then all it would cost you is the cost of a teleporter to get from point A to point B, point C, and point D as well. Also, private machines are more Forestry and Buildcraft territory, but I could potentially see that maybe working.
