It's funny, the secret for boosting heat capacity of the blast furnace is what I did when I built my first blast furnace and got confused as to why it didn't do anything, I wish that had been put in sooner, I now have a blast furnace with almost full reinforced machine casing, that was a massive waste of EUs on something you can now do for essentially free

I don't think anyone is having the problems you are having, I just tried it in the most recent version, and there are no problems with it.

means that Metallurgy is holding the spot 3001 with LargeTNT and betterworld is trying to override it, you have to go into the config of Metallurgy and change spot 3001 to something under 4096, or do that in betterworld, and repeat until errors stop

To answer your first three questions, it outputs half of the produced EUs, it takes in half of the produced EUs into its internal storage, when the storage fills, it outputs all of the EUs, no additional energy is required following the first reaction, but I believe you can also input additional energy.

It has been a while since I set one up (creative), if I remember correctly, EUs go out the sides with 3 dots, and the input is the two sides with one big circle.
