Why do you want to join?: This server has all my favourite mods installed (IC2, BC, GT, Forestry and AE)
and also doesn't seem to have to many blocked items
Also the server admin seems to be german so i'm hoping to find a few other german players on this server

Can somebody explain me the interface of the advanced regulator ? i couldn´t find any explanation on the gregtech wiki and also not on youtube

Does the Self Breeding Hybrid Reactor work in 1.4.7 ?
Do i have to replace every cell as soon as it is depleted or when the thorium cycle is over ?
How do i automate it without using Turtles/Applied Energistics (can this be done with logistic pipes and redpower) ?

EDIT: will a layer of warded stone be enough to ensure that the reactor doesn´t destroys my base ? How many layers of reinforced stone would i have to use ?

Redpower has a autoAssign Option but Forestry dont have such a option

not related too much to this topic but i have a question regarding the wiki
I want to translate it into german
the problem is that its very complicated because the ic² wiki dont seem to support more than one language
So the questions is ... are i am allowed to create a unofficial german ic² wiki ?
(I would use websites like wiki.com or de.wikiunity.com/wiki/Wikiunity)

why do you want a battery that do the same as a laptron ?
The suggestions are absolut pointless, we alreday have a energy system, why should we want a new system that does the exact same thing (only with a new name) ?

1.The recipe is already used by the HV Cable

2. A HV Cable has a loss of 1EU/t per block
Your cable has a loss of 0.5 EU/t
It should have a loss of 2-4 EU/t

3. EV is already good enough

- Grows a little bit faster as a cacti
- Drops "pipe waterproof" (that thingy that u use to make buidlcraft pipes waterproof) Can't drop foreign mods items
- Hurt and poison you when you touch it
- Green, looks a bit like a cacti
- near it must water (near = 8 Blocks) [possible?] Sure

canola - Tier 12
- grows fast
- Drops 2 items that can be used to make plantballs/biofuel
- Looks like ... well canola, nevermind

What about a block that is like a batbox, but when you rightcklick on this blocks, it insta charge the tool that you have in your hand ?

The Server and your Client must have the same config
Have you changed your GUI IDs in the config ?
Anyways, deleting the config may helps

mhm i think it is a little bit to easy
I never use armor so its a bit harder for me, but on the other side ... i played neraly the whole super hostile map series so i think im now somewhat of mobproof

They are very rare but when they spawn they come in a group of like 10 trees (atleast in my world ^.^)
You could also install Singleplayercommands and fly a bit around in your world to check if there really no rubber trees
