    the way i see it, the E-net can run on 2-3 variables....
    the setup for my thoughts has always been:
    EU-(Voltage)
    TIER-(wattage or phase)
    cable-loss(ohms)
    the fact that it needed packets(a change) and the method of construction(specifically the transformers) always made me associate it with AC current(despite it's DC-esque transmission range).


    e-net wasn't a bad design...it just needs the Experimental treatment.

    what would be the gain from running rods through an EU reactor, storing all the heat in 60k cooling cells, then moving those cooling cells to the fluid cooling reactor and discharging them there?

    cells (not universal). while remaining 1-use, i think all recipes should be updated to accept universal, and plain 'cells' be phased out. the item could possibly be converted to some item for the scuba helmet (o2 tank?) or the scuba helmet could be updated (if it hasn't) to use the U.cells of air.


    industrial credit-are these still a thing?
    energy-o-mat- is this still a thing? 3 wires and i can bypass it anyway.


    fuel rods- lithium and tritium...unless these have use, they should at least be hidden.
    EU-reader -hide until useful
    composite vest -why not just get nano or bronze? (shortage of tin or copper? HA!)
    single use battery- only place i get these are from scrap boxes. better to use rechargeable batteries
    industrial diamond- why is there an industrial diamond when there is no difference between it and a regular diamond...use the regular diamond as the recipe output.

    got it to trigger again.
    reactor is off, pulsed for just a moment with a quad adjacent to a single rod, a thermal plating was added, then removed, and the coolant is out but not removed from the housing.

    most of the dynamics of my manual are still valid...i'm just trying to figure out why a reactor with no rods in it continues to heat up at this point.(probably bug)

    so i went ahead and set up the newest IC2 version...and i like the Stirling engine and liquid heat exchanger concept...but the liquid heat exchanger takes the first lava cell along with any others added and 'eats' the rest without refilling until the first cell is consumed, and doesn't accept universals full of lava.(WIP i guess). seems to work fine with hot coolant cells.
    the new radioisotope heat generator is a nice addition to the Stirling engine.
    plasma launcher looks ok...
    awesome animation on the pahoehoe, which converts to reinforced stone when dumped on the ground and left to cool...but won't be placed in a bucket...
    another method of making reinforced stone is :thumbup: when i figure out how it is supposed to work.
    when i went to try and make hot coolant...i couldn't find anything that worked.
    fluid heat generator accepts no liquids, heat, eu...wip or i'll figure it out later.
