I think that it should not be producing HV when its 8 eus. AT MOST MV. i could get lots of adv panels, but have no mfsu/ hv transformers. it also ruins their mobility. its a good thing to plop one of these next to a miner...

I think the recipe should be more like:
Diamond block= Adv Machine
Iron Block=Macerator
Iron= Refined Iron (blades)
Gold= Tin( or some other base material)
Redstone = redstone (or said base material if you like that better)
Also, does it have sound? it should use a loud whiiiiirrrr! or sped up macerator sound.
Suggestions:
Dont have glass fibers in recipe. HV cables make more sense.
have a ALTERNANT recipe for people who want to upgrade existing solar panels:
CAC
RSR
R=Refined iron
C=carbon (plate or fiber, idk)
S=solar panel
A=Advanced alloy.
Change id to work with R. macerator.

Not new dimension. hard dungeons.
i dont like equivalent exchange + IC. too overpowered diamond mining and stuff. AND, its too cheap. its supposed to be 10 tin dust +10 copper dust = 1 iron. not 1=1 for free.
I would like this to apply to electric ones too, fuel ones are impractical.
This would be cool to brag about massive solar plants and nuclear generators. 
Anyone? This would be an easy addon...
