The trampling check is within the IC2 API - have you tried deleting the ic2 folder inside all of your non-IC2 mod jars?

Right now the test build doesn't load on the dedicated server, due to sided packet handlers making the JVM parameter parser try to access the client packet handler (to check if it is a valid packet handler), obviously failing. I've notified Lex who probably also notified cpw.

Why? Using (bio)fuel on a generator or iron furnace (but not stone furnace) properly returns the empty can.

Minecarts and paintings are entities. CrafterOfMines' blacklist is a nice one, we may make one that is API-able too.

Zeppelins tend to crash or disappear A LOT when carrying tiles from lots of mods, including IC2.

Eloraam told me that breakers already ignore unbreakable blocks, but they don't. I also talked to Sengir and he added measures in BC 3.2 to prevent mining wells from mauling safes.

Updated. If this build is deemed ready for release, Alblaka can go ahead, Forge 230 is now recommended.
