I'll add a console message to indicate which electric tiles failed to register with the energy network, thus unable to transmit power.

Forge does not go in the mods folder!
Due to the overwhelming amount of crash reports we receive indicating Forge is missing hooks due to being on the mods folder, we added some checks to ensure Forge is correctly installed, and if not, display an error screen saying so.

Windmills need to be very high up to catch any wind, 200+ is the best level.
The 1.2 world height made us rebalance them by requiring existing ones to be 100 blocks higher to be as efficient.
