I think it's intended... The electric block code is specifically set to drop batboxes and LVTs when mined by a pick.

Try using ModLoader.class from ModLoaderMP instead of Forge... wait that bug wasn't fixed?

I can assume you guys are using CodeChickenLoader. It's a CCL bug and I've informed ChickenBones.

Try deleting the .lck files. If it doesn't work, might be permission issues on the server folder.

TimC: update Thaumcraft, 1.2.4 hopefully fixes that - if it doesn't help, replace ic2/api in Thaumcraft just like Forestry
