Both requires GT (and IC²) , so they are basically a mod of a mod of a mod.
But they are heavily specialized mods, not simple tool mods like the one suggested here! -

Slightly Offtopic: What I always wondered is, what is in the Beta Quadrant? We have the Federation & Co in the Alpha Quadrant, the Dominion in the Gamma Quadrant and the Borg in the Delta Quadrant. Is the Beta Quadrant so boring, that nothing is there? Or did I miss something?

I'm not a big fan of jet packs our anything that can make you fly but you need to fly in the end to get around astoroids. I would like to suggest rocket ships that can only be used in the end. Some extra ideas to it would be for some reason you can only craft the ship in parts on there overwold and the parts can only be moved by minecarts . Make them dock to approx astoroids so it's doesn't fly off. Ill leave it here for now it's getting really annoying trying to type this message from my phone. Ill fix the typos tomorrow when I get on a computer

80 Reactors need only creative spawnable bunches of raw materials like copper or iron(U R CHEATAAH!!!), fusion reactors need just a more or less small automated produceable amount of endgame stuff. In addition, a fusin reactor has the advantage of making people not think that you are insane. -

BUt as you set them up while you built your base, when you still had ugly tmeporary torches everywhere, you can be luckynad just lie backand uickly build a emergency powerplant. -
Did you know that Reactors automatically cool down at a too high level of insanity as a protection against insane Scientists? You probably didn't, but your Setup is way to insane so the reactors cooled down.
