Yes, there is some OPium in the Vanillla IC2 Qsuit. However, Way less than, for example, EE3's OPium Stone.

I think RailCraft may eventually add an electric locomotive. Their train concept seems much more appealing than just simple standalone minecarts imo.
You could use the useless charcoal you get from your Biofuelfactory as a fuelsupply. -
If I record some sound effects for the mod, is there any chance they could get put in? It would be a lot more satisfying to have one when you install a module for instance. Maybe a special walk sound if you weigh too much, though that is probably non-trivial.
SInce sounds are planned anyway, and if your sounds are good, they will probably get added! -

@bove ICBM's Nuke ignores every armor. I think its code makes you get 9001 hearts damage, so you will die or your armor will get drained and you die.

Well, after the 1.3, Entchantments were just a free buff for tools and armor anyway.

Yes, the good old times, when entchantnents took 50 Levels and there was no XP gotten by Mining or Smelting or such OP stuff.
But when you have acces to real masses of XP, you could also make OPium armor like the Quantumsuit.
