The pump needs to be placed directly next to a lava/water/whatever fluid source block and it needs to be facing the fluid. To change the facing of the pump, you can use your wrench.

Nightvision goggles make what you see bighter. During daytime, it will be too bright for you to see anything, so it giving blindness is intended.
You can also turn it off during daytime using the ALT and Mode Switch Key. -
Iirc, BatBoxes don't support teleporters. I think, there was a minimum storage tier required.

The orange sqares of the heat generator and the blast furnace need to be facing each other. You can use a wrench to rotate them.

For viewing recipes, I would suggest JEI. (I can't remember the recipe(s) myself)
It's energy usage is 1 EU/t/Chunk (subject to change). You can select chunks to by clicking on them in the GUI. The rest should be pretty straight forward. -
What do you mean with "1.10 version mod is not much now"?
As Choco already said, you can use the normal IC2 ex110 builds for Minecraft 1.10.2 as well. -
We'll see, if the improved manual crafting table will have some auto-craft thing as well, but there will not be a dedicated machine for just auto-rafting crafting recipes, so if your suggestion is a autocrafting table, then the answer is still no.

The difference is, that the last time, it was about an AUTOCRAFTING table, this time, it's about a manual, more intelligent crafting table. (At least from what I interpreted into the suggestion)
An autocrafting table is nothing we want to have, but a little crafting table, that makes crafting less complex is something completely different. -
