					Looking at your buildScript you should only need that command line argument in the deobfuscated environment (without a dummy mod jar in the mods folder). In the obfuscated environment, the coremod gets loaded by the jar manifest.

					By making the energy loss a percentage kinda loses the point of uptransforming the voltage since 6% of 128EU is the same as 6%oof 32 EU.

					Just imagine that alarm playing the Nyan cat music instead of that alarm. 
 That would be cool on a real reactor when the alarm starts and you're like: Shit, that's the Nyan Cat of boom.
