I don't think lead is used anywhere outside of reactor stuff.
So I'm suggesting lead cables.Made the same way as the other metal cables,8EU/t throughput,and with a loss of 0.015 EU per block.

Although it doesn't really make sense. I think Greg/Player may be confusing them with optical fibre wires...Really, Glass Fibre cables should be made of solid graphene, ie, carbon fibres woven atomically into a mesh.
