You have to run a nuclear reactor using Uranium fuel rods, depleting them it in and then Thermally Centrifuging them. It tells you the crafting chain in NEI.

Thanks. I'm using Craft Guide not NEI so i couldn't find recipe.

Any reason why? NEI is updated to 1.7.10, but Craftguide works too
