[Help] IndustriaCraft2 not working in conjunction with Biomes O Plenty

I'm currently working on a private server with a custom mod pack, in it we'd like to have Biomes O Plenty and Industrial Craft 2. It seems that they are currently seemingly incompatible. If anyone knows a fix or work around any help would be greatly appreciated.

i started bevos tech pack a week ago with biomes o plenty and IC2 and i didn't experience any problems, so please go into further detail

Probably OP meant that rubber trees are quite rare even in swamp-like biomes. Just tested it and could not find one anywhere except swamps.
