When i play with IC2 i get every fiveish seconds, a freeze lasting around 0.5 seconds. I have 33 mods with IC2 but without IC2 i get none of this. I use forge 10.13.1.1217 and IC2 build #646.

I don't have that problem,but yes;try Fastcraft 1.9(it is on this forum,made by "Player") and Optifine(i recomend you install standard optifine wich is more compatible with forge and works fine for me).

If you have still the same after installing FastCraft 1.9, install FastCraft 1.6. It helps a lot of people, including me. There is no link for this version, only you have to switch the version number in the original link provided in FastCraft thread.
