What's going on to the forum?

only happens on the IC2 forum,others are fine.Using Nightly 36.0a1

Funky. Looks like you'd screenshot the page as you were scrolling. Is that just the way the page loads?

only happens when scrolling the page to the center,upside and downside backs to normal
