It would be cool to make scuba tanks and masks to explore the ocean. You could put air into tin cells and compress it then put it in the canning machine with the scuba tank to fill it.
Not much point when you can make yourself a trusty Quantum helmet, which does everything that you've outlined above (except for the needing air cells, you just charge it up)
