I'm not a member of IC2 dev. team, but i thinkIC² Policy regarding ModPacks / Redistribution <<< READ THIS! affect this.

This was the whole point that that thread was made.
145 Mods isn't too many. 9 types of copper and 8 types of tin aren't too many. 3 types of coffee though?
