Error and Crashes on Install

So I have been trying to get IC2 on my modpack for about a week. I have tried several different versions and either the game for close immediately after launch or crash before the title screen. I am including the most recent crash reports Thank you in advance for any and all assistance you can provide.

First, get with the times! 1.6.4 is old news, 1.7.10 is what everyone uses now.
Second, just update IC2. 2.0.140 is really old, the latest for 1.6.4 was IC2 2.0.397. That's why it's crashing, as it's so old it's missing machines out.
