The recipe calls for tin plates in a Metal Former while in extrude mode. It will not except the plates in extrude mode.

Empty cells were removed and completely replaced with Universal Fluid cells.
You craft them with a glass pane surrounded with tin item casings. -

I haven't been playing IC2 for 1.8.9 (because of GregTech), but I'm curious: do UFCs even work for compressed air in that version? In 1.7.10, that's one of the few things (or maybe the only thing) that can't be stored in UFCs.
