Help:Nuclear Reactor Usage

If I'm not mistaken, to use the nuclear reactor, we put a uranium cell in the middle, with 4 coolant cells around it, right?

But my question is how do you make coolant cells? I can't find it in my recipe book, or the nuke.

Also, what do you do after you put stuff around the uranium cell?

I don't really feel like reading something that big. So I have 2 questions.

1.How do you turn uranium (the form you mine) into the ingot type?

2.How do you make a nuke now? I don't find the recipe in my book. (recipe book mod obviously)
