It is still down. Witch means I can't compile OpenComputers. Please fix as soon as possible. Thank you. Does anyone know an alternative to find the dev api?

Player's server has network connectivity issues and since there is a long weekend, there was noone there at the company where he has the server to fix the problem. It should be back up on monday. If you need any artifacts though, I can compile them on my local machine and send them to you.
For use in gradle, you should be able to use a offline flag (i think it was something like --offline) to make it use the local cached jars instead of trying to use the remote ones, which should allow you to build your mods.
