Suggestions:
Make hot water can be use on Liquid Heat Exchanger.
Make hot water can be use to make steam or distilled water.
Hot water is useless byproduct. It's hard to handle or dump because hot water is not blocks or items.
I think if hot water can be use for these, it will be useful at least like the slag.
