How does one make a Coke Kiln function?

I am having the same issue industrialcraft-2-2.8.169-ex112.jar is the version i am running and i set up everything the way the tool tips said to do it and i get a gui in all three items regardless to if i have it full setup or just place them down with out doing teh setup here is screen shots
