this looks like coal ore
looks like a furnace
everything is super screwed

sorry but your pictures did not come up on my screen.

You only need Forge to be installed, not other item id changing things.

make sure you're not using the Item Sprite API with the Forge API as this will screw up your textures.

Also make sure you're using the Forge version of Optifine if you're using it.
