Is there a way to add other mods ores to the grind list on the macerator?

At the moment, no.
But if the mod is Forge-based, there is an "Ore Dictionary" that will allow for the ores to be shared between mods. I will assume that there might be a possibility that the other ores will be able to be macerated, but that's up to the mod creator.

Surely hope so! NEED IC2's tin really badly. Once they get it all worked out, it'll be sweet.
