Suggestion: .lang file for IndustrialCraft2

I honestly hate that if I don't like the name of an item, (ex: Dynamite-o-Mote), I can't change it. It would be amazing if there was a .lang file like the one for regular Minecraft to change the item names.

This would also be great if you want to translate IC² into other languages, so I voted for yes. And I could change the Mining Laser to Mining Blaster and the MFE to I-don't-(k)now-yet!
