[MC 1.0.0] Test Release v1.43

Alright guys, got a hotfix here.

Change Log:

Windmill calculation delay (typo)
New macerator recipe: 1 Glowstone block -> 4 Glowstone dust
Fixed UUM recipe for reeds, now gives item
Fixed the reactor crashing bug after completing a cycle
Fixed GUI id conflicts, use the new config option

Note: It is suggested that you delete your old config, however it is not required.

I would like to get this out asap for everyone with Nuke reactors...

How goes the testing?

Awesome, and I didn't change anything that is either client or server specific, so I can't imagine that there would be any problems there.

Just to be sure, you can load a previously bricked world, right?

Well, I think were good here, is there still a problem?

I really wish we could just release a bugfix for what we've fixed, then keep going from there, rather than try and fix EVERYTHING all at once. I feel REALLY bad for our users who have nuke reactors, remember that their worlds WILL NOT LOAD. And here we are postponing a bugfix because there's ONE last bug. I say release it with the statement that there is still this one bug that is being fixed. I can't work on it for about 5 hours from the time of this post, fyi.
