[BUG 162 SMP SSP]: Rose, Dandelion and Wheat cannot be planted into crops at night.

    Reed, melon, pumpkin and cocao can be planted without any problems.


    Attempt to plant rose or dandelion at night will place flower next to crop (SSP), looks like on SMP it will place flower into crop AND near it.

    Issue is related to the fact you cannot place crops which can't grow on the specified crop under current conditions. Wheat doesn't grow at night, thus it can't be placed.
    Meant to prevent players from fail-placing crops.
