[1.64][Bug][SMP] jetpack duplication glitch

I apologize I do not know how to get a log but here is a video I uploaded on YouTube perhaps some sense can be made from it. This seems like a major issue and if it's known and there is something I am doing wrong please let me know Thank you. Here is my video:

Known issue, supposed to be created by a forge bug. Did you try updating to the newest forge version?
