I think they should bring back force fields. they where awesome in the first IC, but they don't have them anymore. At any rate, IC2 is awesome! 
SUGESSTION: force fields

1. Force Field Add-on in the Add-on Section.
2. They're already adding #1 to IC2.
3. Again, they're already doing stuffs. -
Id also love to see a very basic forcefield system added into IC for pvp with some config options

this would be good for reactors profided the force field can contain an explosion as well as protect from one.
