Which recipes should be made available upon request, and which recipes can only be hinted to public?

UUM recipes are still affected by the "You're free to mention they exist, but please don't give the actual crafting shape".
The golddust+redstone thingy and the artificial gunpowder recipe are old as IC itself, i doubt anyone does not know about yet... Still, these shouldn't be mentioned in a public recipe collection, either.Everything else should be mentioned.
