Okay , I know it may be a suggestion.
However , IC2.lang is completely useless without Unicode , since it only can display ASCII characters.
There are thousands of IC2 user in Asian Country. I hope it can be repaired in the next version of IC2
Solution:
Use Class Properties(java.util.Properties) instead of Class Configuration (Like Redpower) ,or add an unicode-converter .
