[Bug] Inventoryslots for batteries and Upgrades are not accessable (even for Batteries)

Inventoryslots for batteries and Upgrades are not accessable.

Other people said that it works just fine for them, but strangely it doesn't work for me. And theres not a Bugreport about this special behaviour.
Before you say that it's a Forge Bug or that my Mods are causing that, i have made the following combinations in that order

Forge 1.4.0.59 + IC² 1.81 + Other Mods like RP and NEI
Forge 1.4.0.59 + IC² 1.81 + No other Mods (Uninstalled NEI to be sure)
Forge 1.4.0.57 + IC² 1.81 (Alblaka recommended it)
Forge 1.4.0.64 + IC² 1.81 (latest/last for 1.2.3)
Forge 1.4.0.58 + IC² 1.81 (actually recommended by Forge)

Edit: Tried to redownload IC² to make sure that it's not corrupted, but still doesn't work.

So what exactly i've made wrong, that this is happening?

I've also tried Batteries, Redstonedust and Upgrades, so that's not the problem.

I fixed it. Was an issue with an older version of NEI (seems so). No i can only not use Redstone but that's fixed in the next version as you said.
