First, I want to say thank you for this gread Mod you've written. It's really working fine and has a great potential 
I've tried to search for this on the forum also on google, but couldn't find an answer.
Problem is, when i try to craft the OV-Scanner, it's not working 
Do I have to do something before this is working or is the Wiki article just outdated?

first off, welcome to the forums.
second, if you are having trouble with recipe's try downloading an addon like craftguide.
it realy helps you if u have 300+ recipe's
also, about the wiki, the information is correct i checked it. it is there.

personally I find Not Enough Items works much better. no sorting through tons of crap you don't want to find the one item. Just highlight it on the list and poke r

I have the same problem. I put in a fully charged battery and was unable to receive any thing. I tried the same with a OD scanner as was suggested by the wiki, and was unable to get the item anything. Please help me. Screen shots included. The OD scanner was also fully charged if that is important.
The recipe has been changed, use gold cable instead of copper cable.
