I'm trying to get an idea of how much power my windmills are generating, but the power readings are going totally crazy. Nomatter how short or long of a reading I take (from 1/8 second up to 2 minutes), it either gives me a 0 EU/t, <-30EU/t, or >30EU/t readings, with the occasional -4EU/t and 4EU/t. I highly doubt 4 windmills are generating 30 EU/t let alone -30EU/t (wtf?) at height level 90. OR is the wind system really that random now? So far my only rough estimate is how fast my MFSU is filling, which is a sucky way to measure.
[1.90] SMP BUG - Windmill power is totally wonky and nuts

Windmills, instead of emitting a certain amount of energy every tick, emit a certain amount of energy every nth tick. That makes the EU-Reader's average reading wonky, not much can be done. Same goes for unmanned water mills by the way.

Shouldn't a very long reading still average it all out? and what are the negative readings, if windmills emit EU in bursts then I should still have either 0 or positive EU...

fix EU-readed code to ignore nullpackets in calculations
