Yes, basic istall contains two sound files.
You can add you own, by adding them to the resources\newsound\ic2nuclearControl folder with alarm-something.ogg name.

Unfortunatelly I can't help you with Bukkit. Bukkit port is created by mushroomhostage. As I mentioned earlier, I want to implement planned features of the addon before creating of my own bukkit version.

- fixed crash bug when "newsound" folder doesn't exist
- fixed probable bug of blocks rendering. Was rendered as transparent block sometimes.
- minimal alarm range set to 0. You can use industrial alarm as flashing light.
- reactor information panel added.
- information panel extender added. You can now build giant screens.
P.S. It's hard enough to test all aspects of screen building. Please report any bugs or strange behavior.
Looks like the Faithful texture pack addition (as listed on the faithful topic ) for v.1.1.9 is out of date. The new blocks and items are mostly transparent.
My work around was to copy the "IC2NuclearControl_client_v1.1.9.zip\img\texture_thermo.png" into "faithful32pack.zip\img\". They aren't 32x32, but at least they render correctly.
The 'On' and 'Off' text switch back and forth between a brighter and dimmer color of green and red, respectively. It seems to be dependent on where the character is located and where the camera is pointing, but I'm not sure. It seems to only switch when either the camera or character moves, but it doesn't always switch.

In v.1.1.8, the Remote Thermal Monitor output a redstone signal if the reactor temperature was above the set amount. Now in 1.1.9, the remote monitor does not output any signal. Happens in both SSP and SMP.

Tested it only with RP wire in this build. Seems I'll need someones help to test new versions... Attached 1.1.9b to the OP. Please try it.

Download links work fine tho on the mod page of my site when not in gallary view.
Due to a limitation of the gallary plugin I I use on my site and with over 150 images and with support of 25+ mod and my main texture pack needed easy way to manage them all.

Really strange behavior. Looks like lost orientation and shifted coordinates. Don't even know how it's possible. Still can't reproduce on vanilla ssp/smp.
If I understand correctly, you play on bukkit server. Do you use vanilla client or tekkit? Can you reproduce this problem in ssp?

Tried to reproduce your problem on local bukkit server. Tons of Monitors, relogins and restarts. And seems all works properly.
I'll keep your report in mind, but I can't fix it while I can't reproduce it.
