Help me with agriculture

I have no idea what im doing with the agriculture portion of this mod but i would really like to start using it because i think farming is the best part of this whole game. if anyone can tell me how to start out making my farms what hybrid plants are, how to make them (coffee especially) it would be great. I would also like some info of the whole booze thing. I need help i have no idead what im doing comes to this i am less than a begginer
