[Suggestion] electic power for airship mod plugin

I'd like suggest a plugin for Pchan3's airship mod found here:

This is one of my favorite mods, and I think it would be awesome to be able to power it via battery!

I also am thinking it would probably be easier to modifier or make a plugin for an existing mod than start from scratch.

Don't expect any from the IC2 Dev team will bother making a patch/plugin to that mod (Unless one of the devs also uses that mod and likes it).

Awesome! I'll let the author of this mod know about the API and maybe he'll include it with his next update!
