[suggestion]Electric lighter or blowlamp

Hello, I am a french player of industrial craft and i have a suggestion : blowtorch or electric lighter. We have a lot of electric tools but we don't have tool for fire. This tool can recharge with battery ( , or ) , H. Coal Cell and a canning machine or Biofuel Cell and a canning machine.
